Your Apartment
Enjoy exclusive use of the entire apartment during your stay. The Wood can be booked as either a one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment, so please let us know your preferred arrangement when making your booking.
Our naturally and staged lit apartment is an open-planned home has been thoughtfully put together to create a warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful, locally handmade decorative lighting adds warmth, character and a unique touch throughout the apartment.

Relax & Unwind
The open-plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the home, a lovely space to dine and spend time together.
The dining table seats four, while the kitchen bench seats two and provides a convenient workspace. There is no dedicated desk, however the bench is located beside our cosy sofa corner, making it a comfortable spot to work or relax.

Each bedroom features a firm queen bed, spacious built-in wardrobes and a luggage stand. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided for every stay. We have spare cotton blankets in the cupboard for each bed if required.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a sink, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. We also provide a selection of essentials including milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, butter, spreads and cooking oil, making it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay.

Bathroom & Laundry
The modern bathroom includes a shower and toilet, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. For your convenience, we also supply shower caps, toothbrushes, razors and sanitary bags.
The separate laundry has everything you need for a longer stay, including a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, pegs, laundry detergent and fabric softener.

Stay Connected
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with soundbar, a small Bose Bluetooth speaker and convenient wireless charging for phones, watches and AirPods in the bedrooms, you need to have the magnetic cases on your phone, they are great 3 in one charges.
Your Private Terrace
Step outside to our inviting terrace and enjoy the garden setting and city views. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, relax in the sunshine or unwind at the end of the day.
Explore the Neighbourhood
You’ll find two great restaurants, Code Pizza Bar and Pincho Disco, just across the street. Coles, Aldi and Backyard Fresh Organics are also within easy walking distance.
Collingwood is renowned for its vibrant food and café culture, with an excellent selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries, awesome art galleries and independent shops all close by.

A Few House Notes
The apartment is also our part-time home, so it's not a cold and soulless short term rental, and we kindly ask that guests treat the space and our neighbours with care and respect. Most people you meet in the public spaces around the building will say hello and are all very friendly.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment, outside on the property or in communal areas.

We are also pet owners. Our cats and dogs never have go on to the beds or sofa, and the apartment is kept exceptionally clean, with little to no trace of our pets. We mention this simply for guests who may have allergies as this is probably not the place for you.

Guest Access
Check-in is flexible and can be completed independently. If we are onsite, we’re always happy to welcome you personally. Otherwise, once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide full details for collecting the keys from a location approximately 3 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
Self check-in is available, and there is no need to return the keys to the collection point when you check out. We will provide a second set of keys which you will find hanging inside the apartment and ask that these be left there as part of your check out checklist.

Please note that street parking in the area is very limited, so we recommend planning accordingly if you are arriving by car.
