Guests have full access to all resort facilities, including the pool, gym, and sauna. A shuttle runs several times a day to the beach and nearby shopping/dining areas.

Deposit:
• A damage deposit of 5,000 THB is requested at the checkin and must be settled by cash.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the apartment (smoking on the balcony is allowed)
• Airport transfers, car or motorbike rental, and local tours can be arranged
upon request
• Check-in is usually anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’re often flexible with timing, but it’s not guaranteed , just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
• Room cleaning is not included in the reservation. You will have the necessary equipment to clean by yourself if needed. If you desire a cleaning service, you must request it 48hours in advance, fee might apply.
• Additional charges may apply for any loss or damage during your stay.
