• Check-in is usually anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’re often flexible with timing, but it’s not guaranteed , just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

• A damage deposit of 5,000 THB is requested at the checkin and must be settled by cash.

• If you need a late check-in after 8:00 PM, please let us know in advance ; this is available by prior arrangement only, and it is not automatically granted. Send us a message before proceeding with any booking if you believe your check in will be after 8PM. Thank you

• Electricity usage is billed separately at 7 THB per kWh. Meter readings will be recorded at check-in and check-out, and you’ll be charged based on actual consumption during your stay.

• For stays of 7 nights or more, an extra set of fresh linen and towels is provided free of charge.

• Extra cleaning and bedding changes are available at an additional price of 1200 THB per time. Please request the service here via messages, 1-2 days prior.

• Additional charges may apply for any loss or damage during your stay.

• For Thailand Tourism compliance and your safety, we will request you to send Passport photos for all guests prior to your arrival.

There is some construction nearby during daytime hours. Most guests tell us it does not affect their stay, but we prefer to be transparent and let you know in advance. Thank you for your understanding. 🌴
