Bright apartment located on one of the most famous streets in the historic center, parallel to the famous Calle Larios. Its numerous windows offer views of the city center. Exceptionally located next to Plaza de la Constitución and the charming Plaza de las Flores. Ideal for walking to all the city's monuments, museums, and attractions, as well as its most well-known corners.
It features all the amenities: WIFI, TV, hot/cold air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has an elevator.
– Features:It has a bright living room with a TV, a sofa bed, and a dining table. The bedroom features a 160x200 double bed and a large wardrobe. It has a bathroom with a shower, an electric water heater, and a hairdryer. It also has an open-plan kitchen connected to the living room, equipped with a microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, and everything you need to cook. Free Wi-Fi, elevator, and hot/cold air conditioning.
– Calle Nueva:It is located in an old building in the historic area of the city, which has an elevator. Situated on a street that perfectly preserves the buildings of 19th-century Malaga, highlighting the value of several of them. It is one of the most important streets in the city, next to the charming Plaza de las Flores and Calle Larios, which runs parallel to it. The pleasant views of the city from the apartment's many windows stand out.
