The highest balcony in ReLife The Windy: 7th floor, sea on both sides — sunrise over the water to the left, sunset over Nai Harn bay to the right, a building in between. Two strips of sea, not a panorama, and nobody above you. Rain shower with real pressure, induction kitchen, king bed, dedicated 500–600 Mbps internet with a full-length desk. Set back from the road, gated, pool and gym downstairs, 7-Eleven and bakery a minute away, Nai Harn Beach 15 min on foot. 24-hour self check-in.
Fully renovated 34 sqm studio on the top (7th) floor. Balcony with a sea glimpse on both sides; the morning light comes in from the left, the evening from the right. Rain shower with strong pressure and hot water that stays hot. Induction hob.
WHAT YOU GET
Sleep. King bed (193 cm × 203 cm) with hotel linen, blackout curtains that block light properly, a quiet split AC. Concrete walls between units — you won't hear the neighbours, which in this part of Phuket is rarer than it should be.
Bathroom. Rain shower, proper water pressure, hot water that stays hot. We mention it because most condos here get this wrong.
Work. A full-length work table with task lighting and a real ergonomic office chair. Dedicated internet down, 500-600 Mbps . A second monitor and a UPS are free on request, 2 days ahead, so a power cut doesn't drop your meeting.
Kitchen. Full-size fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, French press, and enough cookware, plates and cutlery to cook properly. A blender and our handwritten smoothie recipes on the fridge. Washing machine inside the studio.
Living. 55" smart TV with Netflix, HBO, Disney+ and HDMI for your laptop. Safe, iron, hairdryer, fresh towels per guest.
Free on request, 2 days ahead: snorkel gear, yoga mat, beach mat, beach umbrella. Kayak rental is on the beach if you want to take the snorkel gear out past the rocks — one guest made that his after-work routine.
Breakfast downstairs. Cannelle, a proper bakery-cafe, is inside the ReLife complex — coffee, croissants, avocado toast, one lift ride down.
