Two further bedrooms, interconnecting, but also with independent external access, perfect as a family suite or for guests desiring privacy, opening directly towards the terraces and gardens, offering the flexibility and privacy of a luxury home rather than a conventional holiday rental. A further en-suite double room on the lower ground floor is available for staff or additional guests; please note that this room has no window.

Relax beside the private swimming pool, enjoy an aperitivo overlooking Pevero Bay, or gather around the large dining table in the summer kitchen for an authentic Sardinian evening. 30% deposit payable upon confirmation of the booking.
70% balance payable 90 days before arrival.
All bank charges, international transfer fees and currency exchange costs are the responsibility of the tenant.
Cancellation Policy
If the tenant cancels more than 90 days before the scheduled check-in date, all payments made will be refunded in full.
If cancellation is made less than 90 days before check-in, payments already made will be retained by the landlord.
