The home is approximately 2,000 sq. ft., single story, and sits on a beautiful half acre lot. Originally a 3 bed/2 bath home, we’ve expanded the space by converting the garage into a spacious bunk room complete with its own HVAC system and half bath.

We do not rent our boat/personal watercraft. But several rental companies are available nearby for boats and jet ski rentals.

Located in a quiet, safe, and friendly community. Great for evening or morning walks. Please be respectful of our long-time neighbors. Sound travels easily over the lake, so outdoor noise should be kept low in the evenings, especially after 10pm.

• 2 Adirondack chairs on the dock (permanently mounted)
• Additional plastic Adirondack chairs (est. 6), stacked and available for use by renter.
• Large front yard area for yard sports
• Hot tub pictured is NO LONGER THERE. It is now a decked area.
• Large/flat front driveway – 4 vehicles MAXIMUM per rental. Bring your pickleball set up!
• Backyard is fully fenced
• Access to the lake – There is a set of stairs at the bulkhead to enter the shallow water/area. And then another set of stairs down by the boat to access the deeper water.
• If the water level is up, you’re fine to tie up your boat to our dock. Being on open water and depending on winds, weather and boat traffic, it can be choppy though so it might not be ideal to tie up depending on the situation.

Weather and lake conditions are beyond the owner’s control; swimming and water activities are at your own risk. Please use good judgment and follow all safety laws and guidelines.

Use of kayaks, paddleboards, the boat dock, and all outdoor activities is AT YOUR OWN RISK.
