The Home

The home features 3 bedrooms, flexible sleeping arrangements, a sunroom, full kitchen, dining area, coffee station, and comfortable gathering spaces.

The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed. A second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements, and the bunk room provides multiple beds that are especially convenient for children, teens, cousins, or friends traveling together.

Additional rollaway beds and sleeper sofas provide more sleeping flexibility for larger families and groups.

The goal is to give everyone the convenience of staying together while still having separate areas to sleep, relax, eat, and spend time together.

Private Pool

One of the highlights of the property is the private outdoor swimming pool.

Spend the afternoon relaxing by the water, cool off after exploring Houston, or simply enjoy a day at the ranch with family.

Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult around the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Five Acres of Space

Unlike a typical subdivision home or apartment rental, the property sits on approximately 5 acres, providing more privacy and room to enjoy the outdoors.

The ranch includes open areas, mature trees, natural surroundings, and a pond. Enjoy morning coffee outdoors, relax in the peaceful setting, or simply appreciate having more room than a traditional hotel or city rental.

This is a genuine country-style property rather than a manicured resort. Natural terrain, seasonal grass conditions, insects, birds, frogs, and other wildlife are normal parts of a ranch environment.

Pond & Outdoor Areas

The property includes a pond, adding to the peaceful country atmosphere.

Guests can relax around the property, enjoy the scenery, and spend time outdoors. Fishing may be available depending on current pond and seasonal conditions.

Kitchen & Dining

The home includes a full kitchen, making it easy to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, or family meals.

This is especially convenient for families with children, longer stays, or groups that prefer eating together rather than going to restaurants for every meal.

The dining area offers a comfortable place for meals, conversations, games, or planning your next day's activities.

A dedicated coffee station makes mornings a little easier.

Bathrooms

The home includes two full indoor bathrooms for guest use.

There is also a separate pool-area bathroom/shower space that is being improved. Availability of this secondary area may depend on its stage of completion during your stay. The two indoor bathrooms remain the primary guest bathrooms.

Please note that an overnight reservation does not automatically include permission for parties, weddings, large events, or gatherings involving additional visitors.

If you plan to have daytime visitors, a family gathering, celebration, or guests who are not included in the reservation, please contact the host before booking so parking, occupancy, property rules, and available facilities can be discussed.

An Evolving Ranch Property

This is an active and evolving ranch environment, and improvements may continue over time.

Future additions may include farm animals, landscaping, fencing, outdoor recreational areas, and other ranch features. Because of this, certain parts of the property may look slightly different from earlier photographs.

Some areas of the property — including the workshop, equipment areas, storage, maintenance areas, and utility spaces — are private and are not available for guest access.

Please respect signs, gates, fences, and host instructions regarding restricted areas.

Pool Safety

Children must be actively supervised around the pool at all times.

Please do not bring glass containers into the pool area, use caution on wet surfaces, and follow all posted safety instructions.

Pets

Pets may be accepted according to the listing's pet policy and applicable pet fee.

Please include your pet in the reservation and communicate with the host in advance.

Pets should be supervised and kept off sofas, beds, and carpeted areas. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage.

Because this is a ranch environment and animals may be present on or near the property, pets should remain under their owner's control whenever outside.

House Expectations

We want guests to relax and enjoy the ranch while helping us keep the property in good condition for future visitors.

Only registered guests and approved visitors should be on the property.

Unauthorized large parties and events are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
