HOUSE RULES AND SECURITY
This is a residential building. Please keep noise low inside the apartment and in shared areas, especially during quiet hours from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; sound can travel to neighbouring homes. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not permitted.

Only guests registered in the reservation may enter the apartment. Please confirm the correct number of guests when booking and tell us if it changes; an extra-person charge applies after the first two guests. If you wish to receive visitors, contact us in advance for approval.

An exterior security camera in the building's common area records the outside of the apartment entrance and the external common areas. Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are installed.

ARRIVAL AND STAY
The apartment is reached by stairs. There is no on-site parking; paid street parking is available nearby.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. Please let us know your expected arrival and departure times. Earlier arrival or later departure may be possible depending on availability. Self check-in is via a lockbox; detailed access instructions are shared privately with confirmed guests before arrival. We are available through Vrbo messages if you need assistance or have a special request.

Occasional external noise from neighbouring apartments, traffic or building works may occur. Please put wipes, sanitary products, cotton items and food waste in the bins rather than the toilet, as the building has older pipes. If something is accidentally damaged, please let us know promptly, preferably before check-out, so we can help resolve it.
