The Union Canal towpath is a few minutes from the door, a lovely walk that takes you out towards Harrison Park in one direction and into the city in the other. Lothian Road`s bars and restaurants, the EICC and the Usher Hall are all close by, and you are well placed for the Fringe, rugby at Murrayfield and the Christmas markets.

To protect the property and be good neighbours, we use a Minut monitoring device inside the apartment. It measures sound levels and occupancy only, it does not record audio and cannot listen to conversations. It also detects the sound of a smoke alarm, so we can respond quickly if something is wrong while you are out. You will only hear from us if sound levels stay high for a sustained period.
