If you'd like the entire property to yourself, the main home and Casita can be rented together, giving your group exclusive use of the property, including the pool and outdoor spaces.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee with advance notice. The heater typically requires 24–30 hours to warm the water.

For guests who rent the main home and Casita together, the entire property, including the pool and outdoor spaces, is exclusively yours.

Self check-in with secure keyless entry makes arrival simple and convenient. Check-in is after 4 PM, and checkout is by 11 AM.

Guests are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping or pickup costs. Priority assistance is given to essential items such as passports, IDs, wallets, keys, medications, phones, laptops, and other valuable electronics.
Found items may be held for up to 14 days, subject to storage availability. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period. Please note that we cannot guarantee the recovery or return of lost items.

Outdoor security camera(s) are present on the property. The cameras are not actively monitored on a daily basis, but footage may be reviewed when necessary for safety, security, incident investigation, or house-rule enforcement.
