Welcome to Casa di Velluto, a cosy, recently renovated apartment located on the 3rd floor of a small three-storey building with a lift. The apartment has been thoughtfully and functionally furnished to welcome travellers from all over the world.

The property enjoys an excellent location, just a short walk from Senigallia's famous Spiaggia di Velluto and all the main local amenities, and only 1.5 km from the city centre.

This beautiful apartment is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends and can accommodate up to 5 guests.

THE SPACE

The apartment features three bedrooms, all with sea views, direct access to the balcony and spacious wardrobes:

• Bedroom 1: double bed, 160 x 200 cm, with private en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: double bed, 160 x 200 cm
• Bedroom 3: small double bed, 120 x 200 cm

The main bathroom features a large walk-in shower, full bathroom facilities, a washing machine and a heated towel rail.

The second bathroom features a large walk-in shower, toilet with handheld bidet spray, washbasin and heated towel rail.

Each guest will be provided with towels and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Bed linen is available ONLY UPON REQUEST for a small additional charge of €20.

A washing machine and drying rack are also available for guests who need to do laundry during their stay.

The private balcony is the perfect place to relax, enjoy breakfast, brunch, an aperitif, lunch or dinner outdoors.

PRIVATE GARAGE

A private garage is included with the property, allowing you to use your car without having to worry about finding parking, which can be particularly difficult in this area during the summer.

The garage is suitable for a medium-sized car.

Free public parking spaces are also available in front of the building.

Guests have private and unlimited access to the entire apartment, with the exception of a storage room that is clearly marked.

• RAILWAY

The apartment is located very close to the pedestrian underpass connecting the main road to the seafront. The underpass passes underneath the railway line.

Please note that the railway is close to the apartment.

• AIR CONDITIONING

Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room.

• BED LINEN

Bed linen is available ONLY UPON REQUEST for a small additional charge of €20.

• PARKING

A private garage is available and can accommodate one medium-sized car or bicycles.

Free public parking spaces are also available in front of the building.

• SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property.

Penalties may apply in the event of a violation of the no-smoking policy.

• PETS

Pets are not allowed.

• TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax is required by the Municipality of Senigallia and must be paid locally at check-in.

The tax is €1.20 per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.
