The Space:

Broadleaf by the Beach has a relaxed, homely feel, with warm timber floors through the main living spaces, two comfortable queen bedrooms and a private courtyard that gives you somewhere to enjoy the outdoors without leaving home.



Being on the ground floor means there are no stairs to navigate, while the living room opens directly onto the private covered courtyard. Furnished with an outdoor dining setting and separate sitting area, it's a lovely extension of the living space for breakfast, a quiet coffee or winding down at the end of the day.



Inside, the open-plan living and dining area has a comfortable corner lounge, Smart TV, books and free Wi-Fi. Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area keeps the main part of the apartment comfortable year-round.



The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, with an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and pod coffee machine, along with dining space for four.



Both bedrooms have queen beds, built-in robes and ceiling fans, providing good storage and added comfort if you're settling in for more than a few nights.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has two access points. Your arrival access is via the private courtyard, with detailed directions and access instructions provided prior to check-in.



The dedicated carport is located close to the apartment. Please note that while the building has gated parking elsewhere, this apartment's carport is not within the secure gated area.



The Neighborhood:

Glenelg South offers a quieter side of coastal Adelaide, with the beachfront only around 200m away and plenty of local favourites close to home.



Broadway itself is one of the neighbourhood's drawcards, with cafés, restaurants and pubs scattered along the street. It's easy to head out for morning coffee, grab something casual for lunch or have dinner and a drink without needing to venture into central Glenelg.



The beachfront and coastal paths are just a short stroll away, ideal for a morning walk, run or an evening wander along the coast. Glenelg South Beach is also right there when a swim or a few hours by the water is on the agenda.



Further along you'll reach Jetty Road and central Glenelg, with an even bigger selection of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops, along with Moseley Square, Glenelg Beach and tram services into Adelaide.



The location also makes a convenient base for business and longer stays, with good access to Adelaide Airport, the CBD and Adelaide's western suburbs.



Getting Around:

Broadleaf is well positioned for exploring the immediate neighbourhood on foot, particularly with the beachfront and Broadway's cafés, restaurants and pubs close by.



You'll also have your own dedicated carport for one vehicle, making it easy to reach central Glenelg, the airport, CBD and surrounding suburbs.

• We supply enough toilet rolls and other consumables for the average stay. For longer stays, and depending on your usage, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

• Keep noise to a respectful level, especially in the evenings – the apartment is in a peaceful complex and we like to keep it that way
