Our doorbell camera provides added security and support. Backyard camera provides security for alley access. Call/text us with any lock issues.

Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. There is a front door security camera and backyard camera facing outside to ensure safety of the guests and the house.
Guests will hold the owner harmless for any injury that happens in the house and backyard area.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance ahead of your stay.
Smoking, vaping, and any controlled substances (including marijuana) are not permitted on the property. Fines: $500
We hold any items left behind for 7 days after checkout. If we do not hear from the guest within this period, items will be disposed of.
No Shoes Inside - Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house! We appreciate that you are taking care of our house!
MailboxAccess - package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!
