The same balcony is also accessible from the bedroom which is unique for an apartment of this size and seamlessly gives the whole place a genuine outdoor-indoor flow. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the extensive city skyline with some privacy.

The bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, with upholstered bedhead and hotel quality cotton bedding. Blockout curtains provided with a sheer layer behind them mean you can sleep in or wake up to the sunlight, depending on how the day starts. The walk-in robe has matching hangers, an iron with an ironing board and a full-length mirror.

St Kilda Road is Melbourne's great boulevard: a broad tree-lined corridor running south from the CBD through the Arts Precinct toward the bay suburbs, lined with significant architecture and flanked by parkland. The postcode 3004 is one of Melbourne's most central without being in the thick of the city itself. It has the feeling of being somewhere without being everywhere at once.
The Royal Botanic Gardens are a short walk in one direction. Fawkner Park and Albert Park are in the other, and Albert Park Lake, the circuit for the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix each March, is within easy reach. The Shrine of Remembrance and the National Gallery of Victoria are close. The Alfred Hospital precinct is nearby, which makes this location a practical base for medical visits and family stays in that context.
South Yarra and Prahran are 10 minutes on foot or one tram stop: Chapel Street, Greville Street, Commercial Road, Prahran Market and a significant dining and bar scene. The CBD is a direct tram ride. St Kilda is a 15-minute tram south, with the beach and Acland Street beyond that.
The building is on one of Melbourne's best-serviced tram corridors. Most of what the city offers is reachable from here without a car, although having one makes weekend exploration significantly easier.

Tram routes 3, 5, 6, 16, 64 and 67 all run along St Kilda Road directly outside the building. The CBD is a direct northbound ride of 15 to 20 minutes without a change. Southbound trams run to St Kilda and the beach suburbs. South Yarra and Prahran are one stop south. The tram is free within the CBD Free Tram Zone, which these routes pass through.
A private car space is included with the apartment, which removes the main friction point for anyone wanting to drive. Melbourne Airport is approximately 40 minutes by car. Rideshare services operate reliably from the front of the building around the clock.
