Home is 15 minutes from Boca Grande beaches known for beautiful turquoise waters and shelling. Englewood beach, located on Manasota Key, is also a 15 minute drive and known for its family friendly atmosphere and abundance of shark teeth. This is the perfect destination for families, snowbirds, and couples looking for a memorable Florida escape. Pool will be heated to 82 degrees November through April. Can be heated warmer for our cost. Approximately $100 per week.
