IMPORTANT INFORMATION – RENOVATION WORKS

The A and B sections of the building are currently undergoing renovation works, which may cause some noise until the end of 2026, or possibly the beginning of 2027.

Your accommodation is located in section D, so we expect the noise disturbance to remain limited. However, we prefer to inform you openly and transparently in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises during your stay.





Welcome to CORAIL, a pleasant 37 m² studio where the sea is always part of the scenery.

Located on the 4th floor with elevator, CORAIL offers a beautiful sea view from its balcony, providing a constantly changing spectacle that never gets old: boats coming and going, sailing boats gliding across the water, boats entering and leaving the harbour… Here, the sea is truly the backdrop to your stay.

Sit back on the balcony with your morning coffee or enjoy a drink at the end of the day, and simply watch the boats go by. A typically Concarneau atmosphere, between the sea, harbour and horizon.

The apartment has been carefully designed to make the most of its 37 m² while providing a genuine living space. As soon as you enter, you will find a functional bathroom with a pleasant walk-in shower.

The hallway then leads to a long, fully equipped kitchen, bright and open onto the sea view. You can prepare your meals while enjoying the natural light and the scenery.

The kitchen opens onto a beautiful living and dining area, designed as a convivial space to spend time together, relax or simply admire the sea.

At the end of the living room, a dedicated sleeping nook provides a separate sleeping area while maintaining the feeling of openness throughout the apartment. The sofa in the living room is also convertible, allowing the accommodation to welcome additional guests.

For those wishing to discover Concarneau without using their car, the location is ideal: Concarneau town centre is approximately a 5-minute walk away. You can easily reach the shops, restaurants, harbour and lively streets of the town.

A private underground parking space is also available, providing real convenience for exploring the surrounding area by car.

Please note: the maximum parking height is 1.70 m.

CORAIL is therefore the perfect base for enjoying Concarneau and Brittany, allowing you to do everything on foot while benefiting from the comfort of an apartment with a balcony, sea view, parking and elevator.

Here, there is no need to look for something to watch: simply sit back and enjoy the ever-changing view of the boats on the sea.
