One of the best things about this condo is that you can stay close to downtown and the Boardwalk without giving up the quieter bayfront side of Ocean City.

The living room and bay-view bedroom both open onto the oversized private balcony, where you can watch boats pass during the day and the sun set over the bay in the evening.

The private balcony is approximately 27` x 7` and has lounge seating for 5 plus two bar-height seats. It’s a great spot for morning coffee, an afternoon drink or simply watching the water. Privacy panels separate the balcony from neighboring units.

King bedroom: 1 king bed with direct access to the second full bathroom

Five real beds total. No sleeper sofa.

BATHROOMS
The primary bathroom has a jetted soaking tub, separate glass shower and double vanity.

The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combination and can be accessed from both the hallway and king bedroom.

KITCHEN + COFFEE
The full kitchen includes cookware, dinnerware, wine glasses, a blender, toaster and the everyday essentials you’ll need if you’d rather cook than eat out.

Our dedicated coffee station includes both Keurig and drip coffee makers, tea, K-cup pods, creamer, sugar, sweetener and four flavored syrups: vanilla, caramel, hazelnut and salted caramel.

PACK A LITTLE LIGHTER
Bed linens, bath towels, washcloths and beach towels are included.
You’ll also find beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler ready to use.

LOCATION
You’re staying directly on the bay in downtown Ocean City, but the beach and Boardwalk are still an easy walk away.

The recommended walking route uses the 9th Street crossing and is approximately 0.3 mile, or about 8 minutes.

The Ocean City Inlet is approximately 1 mile away, making this a convenient location for downtown events and festival weekends.

Harbor Island marina is nearby, so boats regularly pass through the bay. During White Marlin week there’s even more activity, and depending on the event schedule you may also catch fireworks or Air Show aircraft from around the property.

PARKING
Two parking passes are included. Parking is first-come, first-served on the property, with much of the covered parking located underneath the neighboring building.

A loading/unloading area is available near the entrance for up to 30 minutes.

POOL
Guests have access to the seasonal outdoor pool, typically open from Memorial Day weekend through approximately the third week of September. There is no lifeguard on duty.

PLEASE NOTE
Minimum booking age is 25.
No smoking, pets or parties.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM.
There are no luggage carts in the building.
