Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the side of the duplex, including the 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living area, full kitchen, and its outdoor area. The unit is located entirely on the ground floor for convenient access.



The property is a duplex with a neighboring unit, so please be respectful of the other occupants and shared surroundings. The unit has a fenced backyard area, although the front side is not fully enclosed and a small section of fencing is shared between the two units. Guests also have access to the detached enclosed laundry area in the backyard, as well as driveway and carport parking. The designated cleaning closet and storage areas are not available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a residential Clearwater neighborhood, this duplex offers a convenient home base for exploring the Gulf Coast while still enjoying a more relaxed setting. Guests are within easy driving distance of Clearwater Beach, Downtown Clearwater, local restaurants, shopping, parks, and other area attractions. The property is not located in a gated community and does not have shared community amenities.



Since this is a duplex, guests should be mindful of the neighboring unit and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easiest by car or rideshare, with driveway and carport parking available at the duplex.

• Clearwater Beach – 10–15 minutes

• Clearwater Marine Aquarium – 10–15 minutes

• Sand Key Park – 15 minutes

• Dunedin – 15–20 minutes

• Tampa International Airport (TPA) – 25–30 minutes



Travel times may vary depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

• Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to the home’s contents, such as linens, towels, and glassware. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.



• Grill & Propane: A propane grill is available for guest use. Propane levels are not guaranteed. If a refill or exchange is needed, guests may purchase one, and we’ll reimburse the cost of one refill or exchange with a copy of the receipt.



• Pest Control: The home is regularly treated for pests. However, Florida’s warm climate means occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation are not provided for occasional pest sightings.



• Florida Weather & Hurricane Season: Hurricane season typically runs July–November, and we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Severe weather and other weather-related disruptions are outside our control and may not qualify for refunds or compensation.



• Outside Conditions: Construction, renovations, neighboring activities, temporary amenity closures, citywide power or internet outages, and utility or municipal repairs may occur without prior notice. We’ll assist whenever possible, but circumstances outside the property and our control are not considered property-related issues and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.



• Additional Supplies & Towels: Starter supplies and towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay. Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. This home includes an in-unit washer and dryer for refreshing towels and clothing. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. Nearby grocery and convenience stores are available for additional necessities.



• Normal Wear: As a regularly enjoyed vacation home, minor imperfections, normal wear, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is cleaned and prepared before every stay.



• Items Left Behind: If you leave a personal item behind and request its return, a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items after departure.
