A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto

Summary:

Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa in Shipyard Plantation that feels more like a private home than a condo. Open living area with a sectional, Smart TV and sliders to a large patio with a gas grill and golf course views. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. Both bedrooms have their own private bath with a tiled walk in shower. Sleeps 4, and the beach is a short bike ride away on Shipyard's shaded paths.

The Space:

Some Hilton Head condos feel like condos, and then there is 20 Cottages. This beautifully renovated two bedroom, two and a half bath villa sits under the moss draped oaks of Shipyard Plantation, where the loudest sound most mornings is a heron lifting off the lagoon. From the moment you step through the teal front door, past the rocking chair on the porch, the place reads as a private home that happens to come with twelve miles of white sand a short bike ride away.

The main level opens into a bright living area built for the way families actually vacation, with a deep sectional facing the Smart TV and a wall of sliding glass doors that pushes the whole room out onto the patio. Just beyond it, the dining area seats six under a coastal chandelier, and the fully stocked kitchen brings stainless appliances, granite counters and a tiled backsplash, with a wet bar and powder room rounding out the floor. Upstairs, neither bedroom is the short straw: the primary has a king bed, a flat screen TV and a private bath with a large tiled walk in shower, and the guest room has a full bed, its own TV and its own private bath with a tiled walk in shower. Two couples or a family with older kids never have to negotiate a morning schedule here!

Picture coffee on the screened porch while the fairway is still wet with dew, a ceiling fan turning overhead, and nothing on the agenda until someone decides it is beach time. Then the day turns, and within a minute you are out on Shipyard's shaded paths, rolling past lagoons and fountains toward the beach club and the wide open sand beyond it. You come back sandy and happy, rinse off in your own walk in shower, throw everything in the stacked washer and dryer, and fire up the gas grill on the patio while the light goes gold through the oaks. Guests have given this villa a perfect five star rating, and one of them called it the cleanest condo she had ever stayed in, after warning everyone that she was picky.

Shipyard Plantation is one of the most sought after addresses on the island, tucked into the historic oaks on the south shore where championship golf, the courts at Van der Meer and twelve miles of beach all sit inside the same gate. Weeks here have a way of blurring together in the best sense, one long stretch of salt air, shaded bike paths and evenings that end on the porch with the fans turning and the fairway going dark. Book your stay with host2coast today and experience a vacation reimagined.

Guest Access:

We want your stay to be all about the memories - not the paperwork. So let's get the small stuff out of the way early and get back to what matters: your trip!

Every reservation is required to complete a quick Guest Portal before check-in. It's a secure external link we'll send you shortly after booking, and it's also where you'll find all your check-in details - including your all-important door code.

The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:

1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.

2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.

3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

We'll email your secure portal link before arrival - just a few minutes of your time for a much smoother check-in. Thanks for helping us keep things safe and simple. We can't wait to host you!
