Villa Binios is located in Vassilikos and combines traditional style with modern comforts. The property is fully fenced, with front and back gardens, a private gate, an alarm system, and shaded parking.

The villa offers a private pool with mountain, nature, and partial sea views, in an outdoor area that is peaceful and fully private. It's just a 5–10 minute walk from Porto Zoro and Porto Azzuro beaches, and close to Banana, Dafni, Gerakas, Mavratzi, and St. Nicholas, with shops and cafés also nearby.

This spacious 120m² villa offers privacy, comfort, and beautiful views. It features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a bright living area. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds, while the third has two single beds. The living room includes a sofa-bed for two additional guests, with the option to add an extra single bed upon request. Both bathrooms have a shower.

The villa has two separate entrances: one leads to the living room, kitchen, and fireplace, while the other gives direct access to the bedrooms. For families with young children, a baby cot and a high chair are available on request.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large terrace with mountain and sea views, a private pool, barbecue facilities, and a lush garden — ideal for relaxing or spending time with friends and family.

Guests have full, private access to the entire property. You'll be given a key for the automated sliding gate and an alarm remote for your security. The front and back gardens, the pool area, and the BBQ facilities are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so you can enjoy complete privacy whether you're by the pool, dining outdoors, or relaxing in the garden.

I will personally welcome you on arrival and remain available throughout your stay for anything you need, from local tips to help with the villa. Fresh bed linens, towels, or extra cleaning can also be arranged on request.
