The separate bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, and lamps. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and offer a pleasant outlook, creating a bright and restful atmosphere. Quality linens are provided for a comfortable night's sleep.

The modern bathroom features a refreshing shower and fresh towels for your convenience.

Guests will have full access to the studio located on the 2nd floor. The building is equipped with an elevator for easy access.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Porto, situated along one of the city’s lively and traditional streets. The area offers an authentic local atmosphere, with cafés, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and shops nearby.

Guests can easily reach many of Porto’s main attractions, including Bolhão Market, Santa Catarina Street, São Bento Station, Clérigos Tower, and Livraria Lello. The historic Ribeira district and Douro River are also within easy reach, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport.

The location is ideal for discovering Porto’s historic centre, traditional architecture, local gastronomy, and vibrant everyday atmosphere, while enjoying the convenience of having essential services close by.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Marquês (Metro do Porto – Lines A, B, C, E and F), is approximately a 5–7 minute walk from the property, providing convenient connections to Porto city centre and surrounding areas.

Porto-Campanhã Train Station is approximately a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk away, offering urban, regional and long-distance train connections.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
