A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
A bright, modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in a quiet secure building, a 7-minute walk from Homebush station (30 minutes to the CBD). Two queen bedrooms — one with its own ensuite — a stone island kitchen with gas cooking and dishwasher, a leafy covered balcony, ducted air-conditioning and a full laundry with washer and dryer. Sydney Olympic Park, DFO Homebush and Bicentennial Park are all minutes away.
The Space:
This is a light-filled, third-floor apartment in "The Crescent", a modern secure complex on a quiet residential crescent in Homebush. It has been styled in a calm, contemporary palette — white walls and joinery, timber-look floors, soft grey linen sofas with teal accents, gold-and-marble side tables and plenty of greenery — and it has the practical things that matter for a longer stay: two full bathrooms, a real kitchen, a proper laundry, air-conditioning and a lift.
Living room
A generous open-plan lounge with two comfortable grey linen sofas, a pair of gold-framed marble coffee tables, a patterned rug and a large wall-mounted TV on a timber media unit. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto the balcony and fill the room with natural light.
Dining
A round black dining table with four upholstered grey chairs sits between the kitchen island and the lounge — set for four, and a comfortable spot for a laptop session during the day.
Kitchen
A designer stone-topped island kitchen, fully equipped for actually cooking: gas cooktop, oven and rangehood, dishwasher, full-size fridge-freezer with water dispenser, microwave, kettle and toaster plus cookware, sharp knives, chopping boards, dinnerware and glassware for four or more. The island bench doubles as a breakfast bar and second workspace.
Bedroom 1 (ensuite)
A restful queen bedroom with a white wrought-iron bed dressed in hotel-grade linen, bedside table and lamp, a laptop table and stool, built-in wardrobes and its own private ensuite. Sliding doors open directly onto the balcony.
Bedroom 2
A second queen bedroom with a black metal-frame bed, hotel-grade linen, a dedicated work desk with monitor and ergonomic office chair, mirrored built-in wardrobes and a window to the balcony side. Ideal for a second couple, kids, or as the work-from-home room.
Bathrooms
Two contemporary bathrooms — a main bathroom with a walk-in frameless shower, floating timber vanity and mirror cabinet, and a private ensuite off bedroom 1 with its own shower, vanity and toilet. Fresh towels, hair dryer and eco toiletries are provided in both.
Balcony
A covered, north-facing balcony with a café table and two rattan chairs, framed by a lush collection of potted plants and greenery — a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. You will also find a BBQ there for you to use as needed
Laundry & comfort
A separate internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, plus iron and ironing board. Ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning keeps the whole apartment comfortable year-round, and there is a lift from the lobby to your floor.
Guest Access:
The guests can access the entire property except the drawers and cabinets marked as owner / private access only
The Neighborhood:
Loftus Crescent is a quiet residential street in the heart of Homebush, a leafy inner-west suburb roughly halfway between the Sydney CBD and Parramatta — well connected, well served by shops, and a base for everything happening at Sydney Olympic Park.
On your doorstep. Homebush station and the village shops, cafés and bus interchange on The Crescent are about a 7-minute walk (600 m). Strathfield — one stop away, with its plaza, restaurants and one of Sydney's busiest rail interchanges — is a few minutes further.
Sydney Olympic Park. Accor Stadium, Qudos Bank Arena, the Aquatic Centre and the Sydney Showground (Royal Easter Show) are a short drive, bus or bike ride away, with the Olympic Park train line running from nearby Lidcombe.
Shopping & food. DFO Homebush (outlet shopping) and Sydney Markets at Flemington (fresh produce and Paddy's) are minutes away, and Homebush and Strathfield are known for excellent Korean, Indian, Sri Lankan and Chinese dining. Woolworths, Coles and Aldi are all within a short walk or drive c
Green space. Bicentennial Park and the Badu Mangroves wetlands offer kilometres of walking and cycling paths, playgrounds and picnic areas along Parramatta River.
Getting Around:
Train — Homebush station is a 7-minute walk; direct trains reach Central / Sydney CBD in around 25–30 minutes and Parramatta in about 15 minutes. Change at Lidcombe for Olympic Park or Strathfield for the Northern line.
Bus — the Homebush interchange on The Crescent has frequent services to Strathfield, Sydney Olympic Park, Burwood and Rhodes.
Car — free street parking on Loftus Crescent and nearby streets. Sydney Airport is about 25–30 minutes by car; the M4 and Parramatta Road are minutes away. Uber, DiDi and taxis operate widely.
Other Things to Note:
