Chestnut Lodge consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a woodburning stove and Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, while the utility includes a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor twin with an en-suite wet room featuring a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, a double with balcony and en-suite bath, shower over, basin, and WC, and two twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC. There is also a cloakroom with basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with a lawn, patio, charcoal barbecue, furniture, and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for four cars.
