The bedroom features a plush queen bed, while the living area offers both a pull-out sofa and a futon upstairs for extra guests. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with oils, spices, coffee, and all the essentials for cooking in. Step out onto the deck for a BBQ with sweeping views of the Cascade Mountains, the golf course, and even the Sunriver airport.

Complimentary bikes to explore Sunriver’s scenic paths. You’ll be within walking distance to the Lodge, the Village, and endless biking/walking trails.

In winter, hit the slopes at Mt. Bachelor. In summer, float the Deschutes River, bike the miles of paved paths, or enjoy nearby golf. The Great Hall is right next door—perfect for wedding guests.

- We ask that you treat our home with the same care you would your own, maybe even a little extra!
- Please keep the furnishings in good condition so future guests can enjoy it too.

HOA rules:
- Please park in designated parking lots.
- Observe quiet hours between 10p-7a.

Liability:
- The property is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- Guests assume all risks associated with their stay and are responsible for anyone they invite onto the property.
- Please observe large open picture window upstairs. Although this allows to wake up to mountain views, it does pose a large risk to children. Please monitor children at all times.
- The owners are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Appliances & Fire Use:
- Use appliances only for their intended purposes.
- Please make sure vent is open before using fireplace.
- If you use the bbq, please make sure to turn off propane tank after use.

No smoking or vaping:
- Smoking, of any kind, is strictly prohibited inside the home.
