THE HOME

This spacious 4-bedroom home plus queen-bed bonus room offers plenty of room for families and groups, with four full bathrooms and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

The top level is designed for entertaining, with an open gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, separate family room with TV, private office, and full bathroom.

OUTDOOR LIVING & WATER ACCESS

The outdoor spaces are a major part of what makes this property special. Relax on the waterfront porch, fire up the outdoor grill, rinse off in the outdoor hot/cold shower, or spend the day on the large waterfront day dock.

This is one of the few soundfront homes in Emerald Isle located on deep water, making it an excellent spot for boating and other water activities. Bring your boat or jet ski and enjoy everything the Crystal Coast has to offer.

The day dock is available for guest use. There is no boat lift available for guests. The owner's boat and jet ski, which are stored on lifts, are not available for guest use.

For additional boat access, the NC Wildlife Public Boat Ramp on Scotch Bonnet Drive (6800 Emerald Drive) is nearby.

IMPORTANT HOME LAYOUT: This is a three-level home with stairs connecting the different levels. The entire ground level is off-limits to guests and is not accessible. It includes the garage and owner's storage areas.

Guests enter through the front door on the middle level, where all bedrooms, the bonus room, and laundry room are located. The top level includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, office, and full bathroom. There are also a few additional steps between the middle and top levels, including several steps leading to the primary suite.
