📋 Registration & Check-In

Icon Brickell requires every guest to be registered with the building before arrival. We will request a valid government-issued ID for each adult guest — without registration, the building will not grant access. Once registered, check-in is contactless via a smart door lock with a unique code sent prior to your arrival.



🚗 Parking

Parking is NOT included. Valet is available for guests of the condo, and street parking nearby is really tough to find.

0 - 1 Hour: $11.00

1 - 4 Hours: $19.00

4 - 10 Hours: $24.00

10 - 24 Hours: $34.00



Overnight: $50.00 without in-and-out privileges.

Overnight: $75.00 with in-and-out privileges.



Public garages are also available 5–7 minutes on foot, typically $45–70 per 24 hours.



Note: Icon Brickell is a large property, so please factor in a few extra minutes during peak hours for valet retrieval.

Sanitization: The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to every reservation to ensure a safe and pristine environment for your stay.

Tropical Climate: This property receives professional pest control treatments monthly. However, due to Miami's hot, humid, and tropical weather, it is still possible to occasionally encounter native insects despite our strict maintenance.
