"Wellenbrecher" Vacation Rental
The "Dünenrose" apartment complex is located on Nienburgstrasse, a small, quiet street with little traffic, right next to Nordstrand. The “Januskopf,” with its lively beachside restaurants, is just a few steps away. The downtown area of Norderney is also within easy walking distance. The “Wellenbrecher” apartment is No. 9; it measures approximately 33 square meters, is located on the first floor, and therefore features a lovely terrace where you can bask in the sun all afternoon.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2026. The beds are built into a wall unit, providing plenty of space during the day without compromising on sleeping comfort. There is also a cozy sitting area and a dining area. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Bed linens, towels, bathrobes, and sauna towels are provided by the landlord. The tenant is only responsible for the cost of laundering the linens.
The building has a communal washing machine and dryer (coin-operated).
A particularly attractive feature is the residential complex’s swimming pool, which can be used free of charge; it is located in the basement of the same building. There is also a sauna there, which can be used by inserting a coin.
