The entire upper floor is yours: two bedrooms (a queen, plus a twin room that sleeps two), a full bath, a full kitchen with a table for five, a living room with an 85" TV, central A/C, and a private deck onto a fenced backyard. Keypad entry and your own door. Five minutes from ISU, eight from Portneuf Medical Center; Ross Park and Zoo Idaho are a short drive. Dogs welcome. The host lives quietly on the separate lower level and won't enter your floor. Free off-street parking on site.

The space
The whole upper floor is yours: two bedrooms, a full bath, a full kitchen, a living room and a private deck onto a fenced backyard. Bedroom one has a queen; bedroom two has two twins that slide together if you'd rather have one bed. Central heat and A/C on a single thermostat. The kitchen is properly equipped, stove and oven, microwave, air fryer, and a coffee maker that does both drip and pods. Google Fiber, so the wifi keeps up with whatever you're doing.

Guest access
The entire upper floor, the back deck and the fenced backyard are yours for the whole stay. Keypad entry and your own door, so there's no key to collect and no arrival window to hit. Park free in the driveway or out front.

The lower level is my home and stays locked. The hallway closet upstairs is housekeeping, and the shop and garden shed out back hold tools and lawn equipment, so those are off-limits. There's no washer or dryer for guests; a laundromat is five minutes away.

Other things to note
Your floor is up a flight of stairs from the front door, so the suite isn't step-free.

Dogs are welcome, up to two. The yard is fully fenced and there's a 10x10 kennel out back you're welcome to use.

There's a Ring doorbell at the front entrance. The camera on the driveway is a dummy, really just a motion floodlight. Nothing records anywhere inside.

The dishwasher is a portable unit that hooks to the kitchen faucet. Load it and leave it and I'll run it at turnover, or hook it up yourself if you'd rather.

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
