Pet-friendly, single-level 3BR/2BA home in South Daytona for up to 6 guests, 10 minutes from the beach. Evenings happen on the screened game lanai with pool table, TV and bar seating, and the fully fenced backyard has a gas grill. Families get a Pack 'n Play, high chair and kids' tableware; remote workers get a private desk with an ergonomic chair and fast fiber Wi-Fi.

Open-concept living area with plush sofas, a 70-inch Roku TV and an electric fireplace. The bright kitchen has island seating for 3, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, full cookware and a coffee station with Keurig and drip coffee maker.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
- Primary suite: King bed, Roku TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Roku TV
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, Roku TV, desk and ergonomic chair
Room-darkening blinds and extra pillows and blankets provided.
BATHROOMS
- Primary bath: walk-in shower, LED mirror
- Hall bath: tub/shower combo, LED mirror

Beach gear provided: 2 chairs and 1 umbrella.

1-car garage plus driveway parking for up to 3 more vehicles. Self check-in with keypad. Washer and dryer inside the home.
