Enjoy your own private Caribbean retreat at Casa Linda Villa 1017, a spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa featuring a private swimming pool and beautiful ocean views. Located within the secure gated Casa Linda community between Sosúa and Cabarete, the villa offers privacy while keeping beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and North Coast attractions within easy reach.

The villa provides plenty of space for families, couples, or groups traveling together, with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bathroom, and comfortable indoor and outdoor living areas.

Step outside to your private swimming pool and tropical outdoor space, where you can relax in the Caribbean sunshine and enjoy the ocean views.

Your stay includes 30 kWh of electricity per night. Usage above the included allowance is charged at 18 DOP per kWh based on actual consumption. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy the villa throughout your stay. We simply ask that you help conserve energy by turning off air conditioners and lights when leaving the villa or when rooms are not being used, and keeping doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running.

Casa Linda offers a variety of community amenities, including the Waterworks water park, mini putting, tennis courts, and Chill and Grill restaurant. Some amenities and activities may have additional charges.

Guests can also take advantage of Casa Linda`s complimentary scheduled shuttle service, with transportation to popular locations including Sosúa, Cabarete, local beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and other scheduled stops. Routes and schedules may vary.

Your stay is professionally managed by Tropical Oasis DR. Our local team is available throughout your stay should you need assistance, and important property and arrival information will be available through your Tropical Oasis DR Guest Portal.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the villa or near open doors or windows. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors. Please keep doors and windows closed while smoking or vaping outside to prevent smoke from entering the villa. Smoking or vaping inside the villa may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Please respect our neighbours and the Casa Linda community. After 10:00 PM, no loud music or excessive noise is permitted. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout your stay, particularly during the evening and early morning.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

Family and friends may visit the villa, subject to Casa Linda`s community access and security requirements. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have visitors so the appropriate access procedures can be followed. Overnight visitors are permitted provided the villa`s maximum occupancy is never exceeded and all Casa Linda registration and security requirements are followed.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult, particularly in and around the swimming pool and outdoor areas.

At checkout, please place all garbage in the designated outside garbage bins, turn off all air conditioners and lights, and ensure all doors and windows are securely closed.
