IMPORTANT: Kindly note that the primary occupant must sign a Short-Term Rental Housing Agreement at the time of booking and provide copies of valid government-issued IDs/passports for all guests staying at the property through our property management system (Hospitable)

In addition, depending on the length of stay—typically 30 nights or longer—the primary occupant may also be required to sign a BC Residential Tenancy Agreement and Form K.

We will request a $500 security/damage deposit through Hospitable. After your stay is completed, and upon inspection of no damages, the deposit will be returned back to 2 days after check-out providing no damages founds in the unit.
