For stays of 14 nights or more, we arrange a professional cleaning service with fresh linen and towels every two weeks, helping to keep the apartment beautifully maintained throughout your stay. This service is required for longer stays and is charged separately. More frequent housekeeping and linen changes can be arranged to suit your preferences.

Guest access

The apartment is located within a secure residential block and guests will have private access to the entire apartment throughout their stay.

We offer a convenient self check-in, with keys collected from a nearby secure location, allowing you to arrive independently.

Full check-in instructions, including the key collection location, access details and everything you need for a smooth arrival, will be shared with you prior to check-in after your booking is confirmed.

Other things to note
We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay while also respecting our neighbours and the residential community.

Please kindly note:

• No parties, events or gatherings are permitted.
• Please keep noise to a respectful level, particularly during evening and night time hours.
• Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay overnight at the property.
• Additional overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
• No hen, stag or open-invitation gatherings.
• No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the balcony.
• Smoking is permitted in the courtyard and guests must dispose of butts / waste responsibly.
• Guests are expected to respect the property, communal areas and our neighbours at all times.
• Our policies and our house rules apply throughout your stay.
• ⁠No barbecues on the balcony.
• ⁠No naked flames inside the apartment / on the balcony including candles, lighters etc.
