Summary:
Welcome to this bright and airy updated home with a storm shelter in the middle of Mustang. Recently update with an eye for flow and design, this home immediately feels right. Spread out in the large living area and three large and separate bedrooms. All the main headache points have been addressed, New Kitchen, New Bathrooms, New HVAC for the hot months, updated exterior. You are just 0.5 mile to St Anthony's and a mile to OU Medical. Just 15 mins to OKC too! Stay a weekend, stay a month!
The Space:
Great updated 3 bedroom with 2 full baths. Very open and comfortable with dining and talking spaces for everyone. Great for the family!
Guest Access:
The entire property is yours!
Other Things to Note:
The property is around the corner from a business road, and there can be some road noise at peak times. However, it is very minimal and we have not had complaints. There is even a large tree row between that road and the house.
