Welcome to your beach-ready escape in beautiful San Clemente! This spacious 875 sq ft one-bedroom condo has everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway with an ocean-view balcony.
Located in a safe, convenient area, you’re just a 10–15 minute walk to the beach and right next to the golf course. Enjoy your morning coffee with an ocean view, spend the day at San Clemente State Beach, then come home and relax.
The large bedroom features plenty of closet space and mirrors, while the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy with a stove, microwave, island, and ice dispenser.
Sleeps up to 4 guests with one bed plus a sleeper couch.
Note: No AC! We do provide standing fans.

We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!
For longer stays we may ask for: Copy of ID, signed rental agreement, deposit, and/or background/credit check

Note: When making a reservation through our website there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
