Garage Parking: The garage has limited height and width clearance. Vehicles should be no taller than 5’4” (64 inches). For example, a Tesla Model Y fits; however, taller SUVs, trucks, and vans most likely will not.

Street Parking: Street parking is available in the surrounding area; however, it can sometimes be difficult to find, so please keep this in mind as you book with us.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The laundry area is located on the bottom floor and is accessed from outside. To reach it, you will need to exit the unit and go downstairs to the laundry area. Please note that this is a shared laundry space between two units, so other guests may also use the washer and dryer during your stay.

Pet Policy: While the complex itself is pet-friendly and our neighbor has a dog, pets are not permitted inside our unit. You may occasionally see or hear neighboring pets during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our no-pet policy.

Guest access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment during their stay. The property also features a shared outdoor common area where guests from the units can relax, sit, and enjoy some time outside. Please be mindful that this space is shared with neighboring residents and guests.

Other things to note
Parking: Street parking can be difficult to find at times and may require parking a short distance away and walking to the property. Please plan accordingly and always review posted street signs for restrictions.

Trash: The main garbage bin is locked. If you would like to take out trash during your stay, please message us and we will provide the access code. An additional garbage bin is also available in the garage if you are unable to access the locked bin.

House Rules: To help us maintain a clean, comfortable, and respectful environment for everyone, parties, pets, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Additional cleaning or violation fees may apply if these rules are not followed.
