Villa Orquidea has been recently and tastefully renovated in autumn 2025. Everything is brand new and perfectly designed for your comfort; nothing is lacking, including ample parking for four cars, two of which are covered.

The villa is equipped with an inverter and batteries to keep the villa running during power outages. Only the air conditioners are not connected to the inverter. Intercom with camera and doorbell.

Three bedrooms have king-size beds (200*200), and one bedroom has two double beds (140x180cm). All four bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms.

The kitchen opens onto the living/dining room, and large windows provide abundant natural light and stunning views of the lush tropical vegetation.

Included in the Price for a minimum of 8 nights: Internet Wifi, local cable TV, Housekeeping entry, exit and one time in the middle of your stay with change of bed linen.
If necessary, a washing machine is available for your personal laundry and the rest of the household linen, such as towels, swimming pool or kitchen towel. Gardener and pool maintenance.

For a stay of less than 8 nights, we will not provide cleaning services.

Not included:

Your electricity consumption remains at your charge during your stay. We check the meter on arrival and departure.

Only your consumption in Kilo Watt is invoiced to you at the legal rate in force in the village.

Check-out Procedure =

We inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment.

The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or losing the key, we will ask you to pay for the change of the latter – 150 USD

This villa is located in a very residential area, surrounded by several villas and condominiums. We ask that you respect the rules of good conduct and neighborliness. No loud music or excessive shouting between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
