LOCATION:

Only 2.5 miles from the cute town of North Woodstock (and two more miles to Loon) the house is ideally located. It sits near the top of Russell Farm Road, an old country lane once leading to the Russell farm. In your backyard is the 4,800 ft Mt Moosealauke.

HOUSE LAYOUT:

The house features an open kitchen-dining-living room area of some 600 square feet all under a cathedral ceiling. With it's easy-to-use wood burning fireplace, it's ideal for hanging out, socializing, playing games, or whatever. There are three bedrooms, and a large mudroom for all your gear.

* LIVING ROOM:
The main living area comprises almost 600 square feet and is ideal for entertaining. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace with a Large-screen, Smart TV above.

* KITCHEN:
Open to the living space with plenty of seating. Full appliances and everything you'll need for cooking. Equipment includes a crock pot, waffle iron, stainless steel cookware, a coffee pot, toaster, kettle.

* BEDROOMS & BATHS:
There are three bedrooms with the Master Bedroom having a Queen bed and its own full bathroom in addition to a soaking tub. The other two bedrooms share a full bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a King size bed.

*MUDROOM:
The house has a nice-sized mudroom where you can store all your skis and other gear. We even have boot warmers/dryer so your ski and hiking boots will be ready to go on day 2, 3, and 4! Inside is a coat closet nearby.

*LAUNDRY ROOM:
There is a side-by-side washer/dry in the Laundry Room along with a large sink.
