Set in Snašići near Labin, the property offers 305 m² of interior space on an expansive 6,400 m² plot, bringing together a four-bedroom main house, a separate wellness and recreation building, and generous green grounds. From quiet mornings by the pool to afternoons in the games room and evenings in the hot tub, there is something here for every holiday mood.

A car is recommended for exploring the area and making the most of your stay, from everyday shopping to discovering the villages and coastline of eastern Istria.
