This 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment at Stay Sky Suites on Canada Ave holds 542 square feet and sleeps six, under 5 minutes from Epic Universe and Universal Studios. The whole unit was rebuilt from the floor up: wood-style vinyl throughout, and a full-wall street-art mural of a woman's face in spray-paint reds, yellows and turquoise that turns the living room into the room everyone photographs first. It is a step-free, ADA-accessible home, with wide doorways for a wheelchair, grab bars in the bathroom and visual doorbells for deaf and hard-of-hearing guests, so a grandparent or a guest with reduced mobility can move through the apartment without help. The bedroom and the living room are separate rooms with a door between them, which means the children can go to sleep while the adults keep talking over the big window that looks across the lake and the I-Drive skyline, where the Universal fireworks appear at night. A full kitchen, a dining table and a desk with a chair cover the mornings you would rather eat here than queue at a restaurant, and the day someone has to answer an email between parks.

Every Holistays Disney home is inspected before each arrival to guarantee the quality and comfort you deserve. From the first message to your final day, our team is available to help with anything you need, dining tips, park guidance, transportation or special requests. With Holistays, you don't just book a home, you live the experience.

You have exclusive use of the entire apartment: the bedroom, the bathroom, the living and dining area, the kitchen and the entry closet with the safe. The building's shared amenities are also available to you: outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, sport court, coin-operated laundry facility on the second floor, elevator and free parking on site. Entry is by keycard lock directly at the door of unit 623.
Our local team in Orlando is available 24/7 by message, phone and WhatsApp, with multilingual support. We answer questions about the apartment, the building, park tickets, restaurants and transportation, and we handle the things that do not respect office hours: a late-night arrival, a flight that moves, a door code that needs resending. You are never dealing with a remote call center.
The apartment is at 7601 Canada Ave, inside Stay Sky Suites, a gated-entry building with keycard access on every unit door and staff on site. Epic Universe and Universal Studios are under 5 minutes by car. International Drive is close enough to walk to for restaurants, shopping and nightlife, and Orlando Premium Outlets, SeaWorld and the Orange County Convention Center are all nearby. The area is busy and well lit in the evening, which makes coming back late from the parks straightforward.
Free parking is available on site, including outdoor parking and free street parking nearby, and the building has an elevator, so luggage and a wheelchair both reach the door without stairs. Canada Ave connects straight to International Drive and from there to I-4, which puts Universal, SeaWorld and the outlets within a short drive. Rideshare picks up at the covered entrance, and the I-Drive restaurants and shops are within walking distance if you would rather leave the car parked.
