Just a short walk from Whitley Bay's beautiful sandy beach, vibrant promenade, independent cafés, restaurants, and bars, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay.
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms, making it ideal for:
Family holidays
Weekend getaways
Guests can enjoy:
A bright and spacious living area
Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook at home
Comfortable bedrooms with quality bedding
Wi-Fi
TV
Fresh towels and hotel-quality linen
Private outdoor space to relax after a day exploring
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is are local shops and supermarkets nearby.
Guests will have access to the entire Home.
PARKING
Free Street parking is available throughout your stay. There is no dedicated parking for this property.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned
linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property
and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
