The Space:

Your living area is bright and comfortable, with a generous sofa that converts into a double bed for additional guests and doors opening toward the balcony. The neutral palette, warm wood flooring and carefully chosen lighting give the apartment a relaxed city feel, while air conditioning helps you stay comfortable through the warmer months.



The kitchen connects naturally with the dining and living areas, so meals and time together feel easy. It is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with an oven, kettle and everything else you might need during your stay. The dining area gives you a dedicated place for breakfast, family meals or a quiet evening in.



There are two bedrooms. One has a king size bed with direct access toward the balcony, while the second is arranged with two single beds. Together with the double sofa bed in the living room, the apartment accommodates up to six guests comfortably.



The bathroom has a walk in shower and a practical vanity area, and the washing machine means you can pack light and stay longer. The furnished balcony adds an outdoor place for a morning coffee or a little fresh air before heading into the city.

The Neighborhood:

Zografou sits just east of central Athens, around the university district and the lower slopes of Hymettus, close to the centre while retaining a quiet residential feel. Everyday needs are especially easy here. A well stocked supermarket is directly opposite the apartment, another supermarket and a 24 hour market are about 150 metres away, and the surrounding streets offer cafés, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and useful local shops.



Athens Music Hall is around 0.8 km away, the National Gallery around 1 km, the Panathenaic Stadium around 2 km, and the National Garden around 2 km. The Acropolis and Parthenon are around 3.5 km away, placing some of the city’s best known cultural and archaeological sights within easy reach



Mount Hymettus and the Kaisariani Monastery area are around 3.5 km away, giving you access to pine forest, walking routes, picnic spots and wide views across Athens. The easiest trails around the monastery suit a relaxed nature outing, while longer routes continue higher across the mountain.



For a day by the sea, Edem Beach is around 8.5 km away, with sand and some pebbly sections, a promenade and easy swimming. Alimos Beach is around 9 km away, with a sandy shoreline, organised sections, sunbeds and water activities. The public beaches of Glyfada are around 13 km away, with sandy stretches, cafés and access to the wider Athens Riviera. Voula Beach is around 15 km away, with fine sand, shallow water and organised facilities for a longer beach day.



You can spend your days combining museums and ancient sites with neighbourhood cafés, Greek cooking, local bakeries and evening drinks, then head south for the Riviera or east for a walk on Hymettus. Piraeus also opens the way to island day trips and longer ferry journeys.



Getting Around:

Athens International Airport is around 20 km from the apartment. Megaro Moussikis Metro Station is about 0.6 km away, and Metro Line 3 connects directly with both the airport and Piraeus. The nearest bus stop is about 25 metres away, with routes toward central Athens and surrounding districts.



Piraeus Port is around 12 km away and connects Athens with the Cyclades, Saronic Gulf, Dodecanese, North Aegean and Crete. A car gives you extra freedom for Mount Hymettus and longer days along the Athens Riviera.
