The kitchen is well-stocked for real home cooking - you'll find a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and a stove ready for big group meals. Cookware includes saucepans, stockpot, frying pan, and all the prep tools you need. There's a coffee maker and toaster for easy mornings, plus a full set of dishes, glasses, and utensils scaled to the guest count.



Technology



Two TVs total - a 50" smart TV in the living room (cable and streaming) and a 25" TV in Bedroom 2 (note: a Roku stick or similar device is needed for streaming on the bedroom TV). WiFi is provided through Blue Ridge internet with an Eero router.



Outdoor



Step outside to the back porch for a bit of fresh mountain air and tree views. A doormat greets you at the front. The surrounding wooded neighborhood gives the property a peaceful, tucked-in feel even when you're just a few minutes from everything Tannersville has to offer.

Community Amenities



Sycamore Hollow is part of the Northridge at Camelback HOA community. Community tennis courts are located at the HOA building at 115 Quail Lane - a short drive or walk away. A community dumpster is available on Camelback Drive across from the HOA building for trash.



Amenities & Shared Spaces



The community offers tennis court access at the HOA building on Quail Lane. Trash and recycling are handled via the community dumpster on Camelback Drive. Overflow parking is available in a lot on Camelback Road across from the HOA building on Quail Lane if your group needs additional space beyond the 2 driveway spots.



Guest Access:

Sycamore Hollow uses a keypad entry - no lockbox required. You'll receive your door code prior to arrival. Check-in and check-out are straightforward and self-managed, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Your host is available to help with any questions during your stay.

- Maximum 2 vehicles in the driveway; overflow lot available nearby

- HOA community rules apply - please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours

- Winter guests: road salt and a snow shovel are provided at the property

- Fire extinguishers are located on the fireplace mantle and under the kitchen sink
