A spacious 106 m² semi-detached house in a calm residential neighbourhood, ideally placed for exploring Rovaniemi in every season. Three bedrooms sleep up to six: the master with a 160 cm double bed, and two twin rooms each with two 80 cm single beds.
The highlight of the home is the private Finnish sauna — beautifully finished in dark wood with an electric heater — alongside a double shower in the same wet room. A second separate WC keeps mornings moving smoothly for the whole group.
The open-plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the house: a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining table for six, and large windows and glass doors opening onto the covered rear terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding forest. A separate laundry room with washing machine makes longer stays comfortable.
Santa Claus Village and the airport are 7 km away, the Ounasvaara ski slopes 3.6 km, and the city centre 2.8 km. K-Citymarket and Lidl are an easy 600 m walk, and a bus stop 600 m away connects directly to both the city centre and Santa`s Village. Covered parking is included.
