If you like nature, mountains, hiking, rivers, river beaches, castles, beautiful Lousã is only 11kms away.

We are so proud to launch our newly renovated studio flat. The space is about 30m2.

This is a T0 newly renovated studio flat. The space is about 30m2. The studio flat is entirely private for you.

All wood furniture is tailor-made by a local carpenter in the region including the fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can perfectly prepare meals.

There is also a dedicated work space for those who work from home. We live in the country side but the internet is usually stable and good enough for Zoom meetings.

The sofa can be turned to a sofa bed. Please let us know if you would need us to prepare the sofa bed for your stay.

We welcome families. If you require a baby cot / a baby high chair, some toys for young kids (age from 0 to 8), we can accommodate your request with no extra charges. Please make your request prior to your arrival.

Our land is about 5,000 m2 with olive tress, a small vineyard and fruit trees. We welcome our guests to take a walk around.

We have an outdoor sitting area. You can enjoy the space to work or have a meal over there.

Things to note:
Small grocery shopping: Auchan and a local bakery in Semide (1.8kms away)

Bigger grocery shopping: Lidl in Miranda do Corvo (6kms away)

Local pharmacy (1.8kms away)

One local cafe and a nice Portuguese restaurant 5 mins walk away (270m)

Please also note that there are some steps to climb to access the unit.

We are in the countryside but we are not in the middle of nowhere, we are on the main road. You can hear cars passing by during the day but it is not noisy (depending on how sensitive you are to noises) and it gets quiet at night.

Something to note about electricity in this unit:
If you use the air conditioning or the heating, you cannot use the oven or/and the hairdryer together at the same time, otherwise the power will trip. If it does happen, please let me know so I will put the button back on in the main switch box. If the above appliances are not being used together at the same time, it will work out fine.

Lastly, we live next door. Anything you need, we are happy to help and we will try our very best to take care of your stay. Our house is next to the Airbnb. We are happy to assist you if you need our help. We respect each other's privacy and your space is fully dedicated for you. There is a separate entrance for you. We normally use a different entrance for access. We try to keep that side private for you and respect your privacy besides the time that we/ our cleaner need to do laundry because the washing machine is in the communal area. Yes! The washing machine is being shared between my family and you.
