The space
Nestled just a five-minute drive from Highway 24 in the charming town of Florissant, Colorado, this spacious three-bedroom, three-bath retreat is designed for the perfect balance of comfort and adventure. Each bathroom includes modern fixtures, with stand-up showers and one featuring a relaxing tub. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the modern appliances you’ll need to whip up a feast.

When it’s time to unwind, you’ll find plenty of space to spread out and enjoy privacy. There's a charming deck with rocking chairs and swinging seats, a hot tub that seats six, and an outdoor dining area for six as well. Inside, the indoor dining table seats 8, and there are two cozy living rooms full of comfy couches.

For entertainment, there's a dedicated game room complete with an arcade game, a massage chair, and a poker table. You'll also find a laundry room, plenty of on-site parking, and a large fire pit with seating for eight in Adirondack chairs, complete with pillows and blankets for those crisp mountain evenings. Get competitive with our horseshoe pit!

All of the furnishings, including the linens, are brand new, giving the entire home a fresh and cozy feel. The space is designed with families in mind, so if you’re bringing little ones along, you’ll find a Pack ’n Play and a dining high chair ready for use

There is a laundry room, plenty of on-site parking. There is lots of close exploring on the property and very central to many outdoor adventures like Eleven Mile Reservoir, Eleven Mile Canyon, Lake George, Mueller State Park, Florissant Fossil Bed National Park, only two hours from Breckenridge Ski Resort, 45 minutes to Colorado Springs and Garden of the Gods and Pike Peak Highway.
