Queen guest bedroom
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area
Fast WiFi
In-unit washer and dryer
Private, fully fenced backyard
Off-street parking for 2–3 vehicles
Converted garage with a workspace, basic home gym, lounge area, and electric fireplace
Guests have private access to the entire home. Self check-in is available through the front-door keypad. The backyard is accessible only through the back door.

Thermostat settings are limited to 70°F maximum heat in winter and 69°F minimum cooling in summer.
The converted garage is not climate-controlled. It includes a ceiling fan, window AC unit, and electric fireplace; the AC unit can be loud.
