Best of all, you're only about a 4-minute walk from the beach. Spend your mornings walking along the shoreline, relax in the sand during the afternoon, or head down to the beach and watch the impressive cruise ships sail by as they travel to and from nearby Port Canaveral.



The location also makes it easy to experience some of the best of Florida's Space Coast. You'll be conveniently located near Kennedy Space Center, the Cocoa Beach Pier, the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, Port Canaveral, and a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and local attractions. Whether you're planning a day exploring space history, grabbing dinner near the port, shopping in Cocoa Beach, or simply spending the day by the ocean, there's plenty to enjoy nearby.



Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom offers both a full bed and twin bed along with another private bathroom, making the layout especially convenient for families or guests traveling together.



Downstairs, you'll find a welcoming living area with a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space and a convenient half bathroom. The bright Florida room provides another comfortable place to relax with your morning coffee, read a book, or enjoy some downtime after a day at the beach. The Neighborhood:

Located within the gated, oceanfront Villages of Seaport community, this townhome gives guests a laid-back Cape Canaveral setting with convenient access to the beach and the Space Coast. The area is close to Port Canaveral and Jetty Park Beach, Campground, and Fishing Pier, where visitors can enjoy the beach, fishing pier, cruise ship views, and even rocket-launch viewing when schedules line up. Head a little farther south for the classic Cocoa Beach experience at Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier.



Getting Around:

Guests have two parking spaces available for the unit, and additional guest parking may be available within the community but is not guaranteed. Driving or rideshare is generally the easiest way to reach restaurants, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and other Space Coast attractions, while the community's beach access can be reached without leaving the property. Space Coast Area Transit also operates Route 9 through Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, and its buses include bike racks for guests who want to combine biking with public transportation.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

PLEASE NOTE:

• This is a two-story townhome with no elevator. Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs, and guests must use the stairs to access the second floor.

• This property has a 28-night minimum stay.

• A Ring doorbell/security camera is located at the front entrance.

• The unit has two parking spaces available. Additional guest parking may be available, but spaces are not guaranteed.

• Community pools, hot tub, clubhouse, fitness facilities, beach access, and other shared amenities are maintained and controlled by the HOA. Beachside Vacation Rentals does not control amenity closures, operating hours, maintenance, or temporary outages.

• Mailbox access is not available for guests.

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

• 1 Dog is allowed at this property for a fee of $100 per stay. No other types of pets are permitted.

• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.
