This home is ideally located for families visiting Central Florida. Disney attractions are approximately 20 minutes away, Universal Studios is around 30 minutes away, and SeaWorld is approximately 27 km away. Guests will also enjoy convenient access to popular outlet malls, supermarkets, restaurants, and other everyday amenities.

Important Details
Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
Parties and events are not allowed.
The maximum occupancy must be observed at all times.
Pool heating is available for US$35 per day, with a minimum reservation of 3 days.
For 2-night stays, pool heating is available for US$75 plus 13.5% tax.

A resort fee may apply and is payable locally. The estimated fee is between US$35 and US$45.

Other things to note
Max 13 guests, no exceptions — no events or parties. Violations can mean immediate eviction, no refund on unused nights, and possible loss of the security deposit.

No visitors at all — only people named on the reservation may be at the property, even if the total stays under 13.

Self-catering — you buy your own supplies. A starter pack covers the first night only; no unlimited toilet paper, trash bags, or toiletries.

Packages — USPS won't deliver. Use UPS, DHL, or FedEx only, and even then, delivery may go to the clubhouse/reception with possible fees or not be accepted at all. No responsibility for lost, delayed, or returned packages.

Pool — no lifeguard, swim at your own risk; no running or horseplay; don't touch the heating equipment. Optional heating: $35/day plus tax, 3-day minimum, requested at least 24 hours ahead. Book after arrival and there's a $25 service fee. Takes up to 24 hours to warm up. Set to 86°F, non-refundable regardless of weather. Pool cleaned weekly, usually Mon–Wed; wait 1 hour after service before swimming.
