The home is located in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix which is known for its lush greenery, ranch style homes, and a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere. Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath home has thoughtfully designed finishes and cozy accents, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Adjacent to the main house, is a separate studio guest suite with its own private entrance. While sharing a wall with the main house, each space maintains its independence and privacy.

Full bathroom with shower/tub combination. Complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. Extra towels located in the hall closet if needed.

Unwind in our private fenced-in backyard, where you can relax on the sectional outdoor sofa or lounge chairs under the ambient glow of string lighting. Laundry is located near the outdoor lounge area — guests from the adjacent studio suite use this space too, so you may occasionally cross paths with them or our cleaning team there.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire main house and backyard. A separate studio guest suite sits adjacent with its own private entrance — the shared wall is well insulated, and you're unlikely to notice the other space during your stay.

Our neighborhood is centrally located, close to Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix, and Old Town Scottsdale. Great local restaurant options close by and even walking distance.

A car is recommended for getting around Phoenix. Sky Harbor Airport is about a 10-minute drive. Old Town Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, and Midtown/Uptown are all about 10 -15 minutes. The Arcadia neighborhood has great walkability for coffee and dining — Sip Coffee & Beer Garage, Trevor's Liquor & Pizza, and Beckett's Table are all a short walk. Camelback Mountain trailheads are about 10 minutes. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.

Landscaping and pest control come on a routine basis, so you may see those companies during your stay.
